SEPARATION DOESN'T HAVE TO MEAN CONFLICT.

Separation brings difficult decisions, particularly when children, finances and the family home are involved.

Family mediation provides a private, structured setting where couples can discuss their concerns, explore options and work toward collaborative agreements.

At Middle Ground Mediation, the focus is on solutions that help both parties move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

You cannot shake hands with a clenched fist.

how mediation works

1. Initial Consultation

A complimentary 15-minute conversation to discuss your circumstances and explain the mediation process.

2. Mediation Sessions

Open and respectful discussions were parties identify concerns, explore options, and work toward successful agreements.

3. Drafting Agreements

Terms can be documented in a Memorandum of Understanding or drafted into a Separation Agreement for independent legal review.
