INDIVIDUAL INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS

Once mediation begins, I meet privately with each party to understand their individual concerns, priorities and what they hope to achieve through mediation.

These confidential, one-on-one conversations provide an opportunity to speak openly without the other party present. They help identify the issues that need to be addressed and lay the groundwork for productive joint discussions.

JOINT MEDIATION SESSIONS

Following the individual introductory meetings, the parties come together to discuss the issues identified and explore possible solutions.

As mediator, I guide the conversation, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be heard while keeping discussions respectful, focused and constructive. The goal is to move beyond opposing positions toward practical solutions and mutually acceptable agreements.

Online Sessions

Mediation sessions can also be conducted online, offering a convenient and flexible option for parties who prefer to meet remotely or are unable to attend in person.

Through secure video meetings, participants can engage in the same structured, respectful discussions from separate locations, with the mediator guiding the conversation toward practical solutions and mutual agreement.
